Current Projects and Outlook: 

I’m working on and excited to be a part of: a custom French Country home in Avalon , two English Manor homes in Governor’s Club and more light Colonial Cape Cod Designs for Carolina Close.  Just on the cusp of starting preliminary designs for a Modern style home, open with extensive amounts of glass and overlooking an infinity edge pool for a view of downtown Nashville.

I have worked on concepts for in-fill lot projects in the 12th South area and I would love to continue with new projects in this newly revitalized area and take my ideas in a direction of modern style architecture.

Knowing they are out there… A renovation project I would like to encounter would be to revamp an average 1950’s/60’s ranch home into a true Mid-Century Modern Style Home.  The original intent of the ranch homes from that era were to be more modern and minimalist style… and I would love to work with the interior designer to create the timeless interior with classic modern furniture and new minimalist pieces, plus a couple of traditional pieces to mix it up.

I do not include the floorplans on the website portfolio, however I can share most of the floorplans per specific requests.
